On July 14, Anhui AUHE Aluminum Technology Co., Ltd. was founded in the Guangde Economic Development Zone, Xuancheng, Anhui Province, specializing in the R&D, production and sales of automotive aluminum alloy wheels.

Shareholding Reform

In December, the company completed its overall restructuring and was officially renamed "Anhui AUHE Technology Co., Ltd.".

Registered capital increased from RMB 37 million to RMB 62 million.

Listed on NEEQ

On August 12, the company's shares were listed for public transfer on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations (NEEQ), with the stock code 838269 and the abbreviation "AUHE Tech".

In the same year, the company was recognized as an Anhui Province "Specialized and Sophisticated" SME.

Technical Innovation

Obtained multiple utility model patents, including an electrostatic powder spraying device for wheels, a heat treatment furnace and a cutting fluid treatment device.

Won the "Outstanding Entry Award" at the 6th Anhui Industrial Design Competition.

Expansion and Upgrade

In March, the company successfully took over 65 mu of land from Anhui Henglian Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd., bringing its total site area to about 110 mu.

Capital Boost

Completed a private placement, issuing 6.78 million RMB ordinary shares to six specific investors and raising RMB 11.2548 million; registered capital was changed to RMB 74.58 million.

High-Tech Enterprise Certification

On September 18, the company was certified as a National High-Tech Enterprise by the Anhui Provincial Department of Science and Technology, the Anhui Provincial Department of Finance, and the Anhui Provincial Tax Service of the State Taxation Administration.

Technical Renovation and Capacity Expansion

In September, the "Technical Renovation Project for 1.5 Million Aluminum Alloy Automotive Wheels Per Year" received environmental impact assessment approval from the Guangde Ecological Environment Bureau.

In December, the company passed the re-evaluation as an Anhui Province "Specialized and Sophisticated" SME.
